AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 1 on Solipsium's video enhancer

The Sharpen edges choice of the video enhancer at /video-enhancer.html
sharpens each enlarged frame in your browser with RCAS (Robust Contrast
Adaptive Sharpening) from AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 1, by Advanced
Micro Devices, Inc., under the MIT licence below. Solipsium ported the
header's 32-bit RCAS function to a WebGPU shader by hand.
