SOLIPSIUM BADGE LICENCE
Version 1, September 27, 2026

This page is the whole agreement for showing the badge "Enhanced with
Solipsium Audio Engine". It is written to be read. It is not legal advice.
"Solipsium" here means the owner of the Solipsium Audio Engine. "You" means
the person or company that decides the credits of the work.

1. What the badge means
The badge is a credit. It says that Solipsium Audio Engine processed sound
that is in the work. It is an attribution mark, not a certification: it does
not say the sound was tested or approved against any standard, and it
promises nothing about how the work sounds.

2. Who may show it
You may show the badge on a work when all of these are true:
  a. Solipsium processed sound that is in the finished work.
  b. You have the right to decide the work's credits.
  c. Solipsium has said yes to this work in writing. An email from
     support@solipsium.com is enough.
For a commercial release (cinema, broadcast, streaming, paid download or
advertising) you also send the frame or page where the badge appears, and
wait for a written yes, before the release.

3. Where it may appear
In the end credits, in the credit block of a poster, on the work's own
website and press kit, and in the description of the work online. Nowhere
else without asking.

4. How it must look
Use the files from the badge kit, unchanged, and follow the rules in the
kit's README.txt: the clear space, the smallest sizes, the backgrounds and
the list of changes that are not allowed. The badge is never the most
prominent mark on the work.

5. The line that goes with it
Show this line in the credits or beside the badge:
"SOLIPSIUM is a trademark of its owner."

6. What you receive
A plain written statement of what Solipsium changed in your sound and what
it left alone: each repair, the times it was applied, and every part that is
inferred or estimated, such as rebuilt treble or a filled gap. You may quote
it or publish it.

7. What it costs
Nothing. Nobody pays to show the badge, and nobody has to show it. Work that
Solipsium processed may always be released with no badge and no credit.

8. No endorsement
The badge does not mean that Solipsium endorses the work or anything said in
it. Showing it does not mean that you endorse Solipsium. Solipsium may list
the work's title and year among the works that carry the badge, unless you
ask it not to. It uses nothing else of yours, such as clips, stills, names
or quotes, without your written permission.

9. Withdrawal
Either side may end this permission at any time by email, with or without a
reason. If it ends, remove the badge within 30 days from websites and online
descriptions you control, and from any version not yet released. Copies
already released need not be recalled.

10. Ownership
The name SOLIPSIUM, the prism mark and the badge belong to Solipsium's
owner. The name is claimed as a trademark by use; it was not registered on
the date above. This licence lets you show the badge as described here and
gives you nothing else. It is not exclusive. You may pass it on only to
those who distribute or exhibit the work, and only for that work.

11. No warranty
The badge and its files are provided as they are, with no warranty.
